About Me

My name is Joe Hierholzer, I am a recent graduate of UCF's DeVos Sports Business Management program (MBA/ MSBM) and former mascot "Knightro" for UCF. My experience as a mascot has opened my eyes to the impact sports can have on individuals, fans, and communities. I am grateful for all the heartwarming interactions and incredible experiences over the years and look forward to continuing this momentum.

I currently serve as the Director of Operations for the Cure Bowl and the Assistant Mascot Coach for Team Knightro at UCF.
